Firstly, navigate to the orders page on the store dashboard where you will find the order(s) that have been placed with your store. Click on the order number of the order you wish to add tracking information on. See image below.
Once you have selected your order Scroll down to the order ‘Shipment Tracking’ part of the orders page and click on the shipment icon as shown below.
Once you click on the shipment option and box will appear on the middle of the screen asking you to provide the ‘Tracking Code’ & ‘Tracking URL’. You would normally get this information from the courier or delivery service you decided to use to send out your order(s).
Once you have filled out the necessary information you can then click ‘submit’ and this will be added to the order details.
