Due to the addition of Chlorhexidine Digluconate the scar cream can be used early in the skin repair process such as stage 2 & 3 burns or directly following surgery. This added ingredient also means Conceal Ultimate Scar Cream™ can prevent infections that may be caused by surgical procedures, injections, or skin injury.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item without giving any reason. To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending an email to info@contourlaboratories.com within the 14-day period commencing the day after you received the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, unless you are claiming that it is defective or damaged.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The product must be returned to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this order to us. We strongly advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.
If the product is not defective, the price of the product returned will be refunded to you in full minus our delivery charges. You will also have to bear the cost of returning the goods.
If the product is defective in any way, we will offer you an exchange or refund and pay the cost of the delivery and return charges.
When we receive the returned product, we will make the reimbursement to you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive the product back from you.
If within the 30-day period commencing the day after you received the product you have not notified us of cancellation of order or that a product is defective in accordance with these terms, then you shall have no right to return the product thereafter.
