Shipping Policy

All items are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days except otherwise stated. For domestic shipping (within the UK) we used Royal Mail tracking service which takes between 2-3 working days for £4.99. If we have limited availability of any product, we will inform you within 24 hours after placing the order with an update. For international order, we use DHL for all international orders which usually takes 3-5 working days but up to 21 days variable may apply depending on the item's availability. We will update you within 24 hours of placing an order if we have limited stock. But we endeavor to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return items in their original condition within 10 - 14 days of us dispatching the item (except in cases were a wrong size or product was sent, you will be responsible for the return charges from your local courier service). Contact us via email info@atmkollectionz.com with (Subject Reference: Return Request) within 5 days of receiving your item informing us about your intention to return/exchange and we will process a return and advise you on how to proceed. Please be aware that you will be responsible to ensuring that the items get to us to guarantee your refunds or exchanges. We are also only able to refund the amount you paid for the item(s) having excluded the delivery charges Please note that for reasons of health and hygiene, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges/refunds on Turbans, Head wraps, Pierced jewellery and Swimwear.
