What are your delivery costs?
- UK Standard Delivery - £1.95 (free with purchases over £20)
- UK Next Working Day Delivery - £3.25 (only applicable for orders placed before 1pm)
Please note: £1 is added to the above shipping costs if a magnetic car holder is included as part of your order due to the size and weight of this item.
With UK Next Working Day Delivery, we aim to have your goods delivered on the next working day but this is not always possible due to factors outside of our control. If we are for any reason unable to deliver on the next working day we will refund you the difference in price between UK Next Working Day Delivery and UK Standard Delivery.

What happens if I am not home when my parcel is delivered for tracked and signed deliveries?
You should receive a slip through your letter box detailing next steps for re-delivery or collection.
Will I have to pay Customs fees?
For international orders customs charges are sometimes payable depending on the value of the goods. This information varies depending on the country you are in and we would advise that you check with your local authority before placing the order.
Do I need to pay for postage when returning an item?
Yes, we do not bear return postage costs.
When will I get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be provided for all non UK packages by the next working day after purchase.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
This would only apply to UK orders as all other orders are tracked and signed.

Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address when placing the order. Failure to do so could result in you not receiving your item(s) in which case we will not be liable to resolve.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return postage for all items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please note that photos and video footage are taken of each order whilst being prepared for shipping in order to prevent fraudulent claims of damaged goods.
To return your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org expressing your concerns with the goods so that we are able to reach an agreement. If we have agreed that a refund is due we will provide you with our return address.
The following returns will not be accepted:
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email
- Items sent back to us outside of the 14 day period
- Items that have been vandalised, deformed or scratched

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as screen protectors and magnets. Once the plastic on the tempered glass screens has been removed, we will be not be able to issue a refund. This also applies to the magnetic discs, we will need the plastic strip and adhesive strip to remain unremoved should you wish to return this item. This is because we will no longer be able to sell these items if these components are removed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not currently offer exchanges, if you have ordered the wrong product in error please send us an email. If the goods have not yet been dispatched we may be able to amend your order and send you the correct item.
If you receive your order and would like to change it for something else, you will be required to return the item and make another purchase.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
