Shipping
Orders for items which are in stock will normally be dispatched the next working day.
Orders for items which are made to order will normally be dispatched within 7 - 10 days.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on UK bank holidays including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve
We cannot amend the shipping address or the items ordered after orders have been processed.
We are only able to ship to the address specified during checkout.
We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided and/or entered incorrectly during checkout.
If your tracking information state your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.
If your item has not arrived after 10 days of ordering in the UK - 14 days abroad please contact us.
For cases where an order is lost with a tracking number, we will file a claim on our end and ship out a new order if the items are still available. The reshipment will require a signature upon delivery. If one or more of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will issue store credit.

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition in which you received it.
All the merchandise submitted for a return that has been worn, washed or tried on will be rejected and returned.
We only accept returns upon approval.
After return order is received by Baitaari Design, please allow 2-3 business days for refund or store credit.
We do not cover the postage cost of returning your order nor do we refund the carriage charge of the original order.
Returned items must be well packaged to avoid damage in the post.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
